Sandyford Re-Brands!

By April 1, 2019No Comments

Sandyford Business District and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are co-funding a new signage programme for the district. This new signage branding unites the four business parks – Central, Sandyford, South County and Stillorgan.

Councillor Ossian Smyth, who is the elected Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council officially launched the new branded signage system which is to clearly identify the four business parks that come under the new Sandyford Business District brand, and to improve the visitor journey in the area in general.

To facilitate this the current ageing wayfinding system was replaced, so as visitors enter the District they are now greeted with 3 types of signage: 3no. Gateway signs at the main access points, 7no. Entrance Signs & 80no. Road name signs – to help them arrive at their chosen destinations.

Gaelite working closely with Zinc design, prototyped, manufactured and installed the family of custom high-grade stainless steel signage for the entire project. Jessie Doyle, Dave Morgan and Dean O’Brien (featured in main photograph) were all part of the Gaelite Team who delivered the project.
